Blue eyed boy! 6 month old baby portrait session. Rhode Island and Massachusetts baby photographer.

I have two previews that are sure to make you smile on this cold and rainy morning. Yesterday I traveled to the Boston area for two wonderful shoots. The first session was in the south shore where I had the pleasure of playing with this sweet boy and his mommy for a few hours. This little boy has some of the most fantastic blue eyes I've ever photographed! He was already on the move, starting to crawl and sitting up on his own. He was very interested in the camera. Just when we had him smiling and laughing, I would pick my camera up and he would stop everything and stare right into it! I did manage to sneak some smiles in though mom. I think we ended up with some adorable shots! Enjoy your preview.

Sweet baby girl. 3 month old session. Rhode Island baby photographer, outdoor on-location baby portraits.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing two little cuties that were so sweet I wanted to take them BOTH home with me! This little 3 month old baby girl was my first session of the day. She was such a content baby and her big blue eyes looked straight into your soul. She woke up from her morning nap very happy and gladly obliged us in front of the camera for the next two hours. We started at home and then took a short walk to nearby Jamaica Pond. Her parents have chosen the Baby's First Year package, so you and I will be lucky enough to see this adorable face a few more times this year! Enjoy.

First Birthday Boy, Cake Smash Session. Rhode Island Baby Portrait Photographer. Berlin Ma.

Yesterday kicked off my very busy week with a job I enjoyed so much that I didn't want to leave! Baby R's cake smash session was so fun to photograph and R's mom was so fun to visit with. Cake smash sessions are taken around 11 months and R will be turning one this month. He was an absolute sweetheart through our whole shoot. He didn't mind all of the wardrobe changes and was so adorable I wanted to take him home with me! Can you get over those cheeks?? We even caught some of his first steps on camera. First birthdays are such a special time and we captured some great memories. I think mom will agree! Enjoy your preview :0)

18 month old portraits. Rhode Island and Massachusetts on location baby portrait photographer.

This morning I had the 18 month old session of the adorable E. Mom was a little nervous before the shoot because the last time she brought baby E to a portrait studio, things didn't go so well. I hear that from almost every parent of children this age. Toddlers can take a lot of extra energy to photograph and a portrait studio often doesn't have the time or means to let them warm up to the camera. I thought I might have my job cut out for me, but I tried to reassure mom that I always manage some smiles, even from the most stoic of babies. Turned out baby E was a complete joy to photograph! We became immediate friends :0) She loved to play and looked straight into my lens with her curious eyes. Those gorgeous baby blues certainly made my camera happy. The shoot flew by and I felt like I could have stayed all day to play. Hope you love these pics mom. I do! Enjoy your preview.

16 Month Old Portraits. Massachusetts and Rhode Island baby portrait photographer.

Last Thursday it finally stopped raining long enough for the adorable miss A's portrait session. She was the second girl her age I have photographed this month and just like the last, she gave me a serious workout! Miss A was on the move our entire session and I was running in circles just trying to keep her in my camera frame. I think mom's and my hard work paid off though as we ended up with some amazing shots of this cutie pie! Enjoy your preview :0)

15 Month Old Portraits. Massachusetts and Rhode Island baby portrait photographer.

Here is the preview from this week's adorable 15 month old, B. I have to thank B for the best workout I've had in 2 months. This girl kept me on the move! She missed her nap, but was still as sweet as pie. She did not sit still for a moment, but lucky for me, she looked straight into the lens with her beautiful blue eyes even as she was walking away. We did have to work pretty hard for a smile, but we finally caught a few at the end.

A quick sneak peak! Baby girl's 3 month portrait session, Rhode Island and Massachusetts baby portrait photographer

Only a few hours until the truck pulls up to move us to Rhode Island and I am still not packed! I thought I would take a break from wrapping my crystal in discarded newspapers to get this preview up before I lose the internet for a few days. The joys of moving! At least this little cutie is making me smile this morning. Baby A is just three months old and absolutely adorable. Her parents have chosen the Baby's First Year package so I get to come back and play a few more times this year. I can't wait to see this little peanut grow up :0) Enjoy your preview!

Massachusetts and Rhode Island Portrait Photographer. Local Business product photography session. Baby Shower gift ideas!

This week I had the pleasure of doing a product shoot for a local business, Bel Scriba. Bel Scriba designs custom baby gifts with their handmade baby blankets (Binkeez), burp clothes (Burpeez), and other fun ingredients. I had visited their adorable website: www.belscriba.com to do some research on their business, but when I arrived to the shoot I was blown away with their product! Their Binkeez and Burpeez are so soft and luxurious. The best part of the whole session however was the amount of fun we had!

Running my own business for the short time that I have, one of the things that has made the greatest impression on me is the importance of relationships. That is truly what I love most about what I do. Getting to know clients not just as "clients", but as friends. I love that people invite me into their lives to capture their most precious moments. I love the emails they send me, telling me how much the portraits I have created touched them, or brought them to tears. That is how Bel Scriba found me, but in the end, I felt the same way about them. Bel Scriba is a great business run by a mother daughter team who made me feel like family! If you are looking for a unique baby shower gift, custom made by people who care about personalized service... check them out!

Here's your preview girls :0)
