Baby C Studio Newborn Portraits. Rhode Island and Massachusetts newborn baby portrait photographer creates newborn baby portraits in Warwick RI

This adorable little man came to the studio to visit last week. You may remember mom and dad from their maternity shoot. The whole family braved the blizzard that never was to come into the studio early last Wednesday morning. Because of the impending storm, it was a bit darker than I prefer in the studio, but we managed to get some adorable portraits just the same! Baby C slept for us in the beginning and by the end was up and ready to join the party. I used to shoot families of newborns all in black, but lately have been asking parents to bring white shirts as well for a fresh and light look. I'm really happy with the results on white! Enjoy your preview mom and dad.

More Holiday baby portraits! Rhode Island and Massachusetts baby photographer creates holiday baby photos in warwick ri portrait studio.

Here is baby girl number two from yesterday in the studio and yet another gorgeous set of baby blue eyes to fall in love with! Baby J was so much fun to play with and reminded me so much of my own daughter. She was so interested in all of the action (as mom, dad, and I all sang and danced like crazy to get her attention!) I always wonder what babies must be thinking of me as I make silly noises and crazy faces to try to get a smile out of them. Are they laughing with me, or at me??? Enjoy your preview mom and dad, I loved meeting your family yesterday!

Outdoor Family Portrait session. Rhode Island and Massachusetts family portrait photographer creates autumn holiday family portraits at local park

How gorgeous is this family? They certainly made my job easy yesterday :0) They traveled down from Central Mass for an outdoor family portrait session at Rodger Williams Park. Baby H smiled through the whole shoot, which is virtually unheard of at his young age of 5 months. We got so many adorable shots I had a very hard time choosing for the preview. Enjoy your sneak peak. Can't wait to show you the rest!

Studio Baby Portraits. Rhode Island baby photographer.

Another gorgeous baby in front of my lens this week. Am I lucky or what?? You may remember this little girl from a few months back in her 6 month old session here. She gets more beautiful by the day. Check out those lashes and lips. I'm jealous! She meant business in front of the camera and mom, dad, and I had to work very hard for a great big smile. It was absolutely worth it because look how gorgeous she is! Enjoy your preview mom and dad. I loved seeing you all again.

Last Friday I had so much fun chasing around these three little ones. Boy did they give me a work out! I was laughing looking at the pictures and thinking about what we did for each shot. I ended up editing out a LOT of stickers from these! I think we got some amazing shots :0) Enjoy your preview!

Outdoor family portrait session. Rhode Island photographer creates on location family portraits in Abington, South Shore Massachusetts

You might remember this sweet little girl from April of this year. I have many favorite things about my job, but one of the things I love most is getting to see families as they grow and change over time. First meeting couples, then welcoming their tiny newborns, then watching babies grow and change. I really enjoyed being able to see this family again and meet some of their other family members. It was a dark day but the rain held off and I think we got some amazing shots! Enjoy your preview, I can't wait to show you the rest!

Autumn first birthday portraits. Rhode Island baby photographer creates outdoor baby portraits and studio first birthday cake smash.

I had so much fun photographing this little cutie pie today! It seems to be just about peek foliage now in RI and we were blessed with some beautiful weather to celebrate this little boy's birthday. I wish you could see the real color of these photographs. The internet never does them justice. We started our session outdoors for some traditional portraits in the park and then headed down the road for a studio cake smash. What a way to christen the new studio!! It is not entirely finished inside, but we though it a bit chilly for a naked baby outdoors. Baby S didn't seem to mind the unfinished studio. He had a ball in front of the camera, inside and out. Enjoy your preview mom. I loved catching up with you and meeting S. You'll have to frame the shot of the two of you with the car keys for his 16th birthday. He'll probably be picking up my daughter for a date by then :0)

Rhode Island portrait photographer creates outdoor on location holiday family and baby portraits in Grafton Massachusetts

Woohoo! My final preview for the day. Phew! These two little girls are some of the most adorable babies I've ever photographed. Anyone with a 2 year old and an infant knows that it can be virtually impossible to get them on camera together. 15 months - 2 1/2 year olds are by far the most active to shoot, and under 6 months can be tough because they can't sit on their own and are limited in posing.... but put them both together?? I was so happy to get home and see that we got some shots! In fact, we got some GREAT shots! First the whole family is gorgeous (which always helps), but mom did such a good job dressing everyone as well. Clothing choice is really SO important in family photographs and this family is a perfect example of how to do it well! Enjoy your preview mom and dad :0)

Rhode Island family portrait photographer creates on location holiday family portraits in Grafton Ma.

When I originally thought of doing four shoots in a day, I figured I could just get 2 or 3 favorite pictures up for each preview and it wouldn't be too crazy. I should have known myself better. Or maybe I should have anticipated that every session would be a gorgeous family with adorable kids who all showed up perfectly dressed! Well my job is a tough one today because I'm finding it incapable to narrow down my favorites. Here is preview number two. I'm sure that 3 and 4 will be well into the night! Enjoy!
